District Statistics & Evaluation Officers are entrusted with the responsibility to Physically Verify various works sanctioned from the Government from time to time. This application has been designed to automate this process so that such verifications may be submitted in a seamless and time bound manner.

The process flow of the application is as follows :-

 Schemes/Works (Already created/available in BEAMS) which may require Physical Verification are assigned to respective Regional Directors (RDs) by Development Expenditure Divisions (DEDs) dealing with UT and District sectors respectively. RDs further assign these works to District Statistics & Evaluation Officers (DSEOs) working under their jurisdictions. DSEOs conduct physical verifications of works assigned to them and submit the status/findings to their respective RDs.
